Return & Exchange policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, but here’s what you need to know in case something doesn’t go as expected:
Please note that on-door inspection is not available couriers cannot wait while you try on the items.
You’ll need to simply receive the order, and if you’d like to request a return or exchange, you have 3 days to contact us via DM. We’ll then arrange a courier to collect the item from you.
• Refunds are handled directly by us, not by the shipping company.Once you hand over the return order to the courier, please contact us with the return confirmation so we can proceed with the refund transfer.
• Please send us the number you would like the refund to be transferred to so we can complete the process. The refund process takes up to 7 working days from the date of receiving your return confirmation and refund details.
• Please note that return delivery fees are covered by the customer and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
