Return & Exchange policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, but here’s what you need to know in case something doesn’t go as expected: 

Please note that on-door inspection is not available couriers cannot wait while you try on the items. You’ll need to simply receive the order, and if you’d like to request a return or exchange, you have 3 days to contact us via DM.

We’ll then arrange a courier to collect the item from you. Return delivery fees are covered by customers.
